General

• InterXbet operates under the terms and conditions presented hereby except cases when a customer joins the site under a special offer program, in which the terms and conditions of the special offer will take precedence.
• The rules below apply to gambling on InterXbet. InterXbet may modify the rules without any prior notice.
• A customer gambling, enrolling, or sending forms to InterXbet shall be deemed to have accepted all rules, regulations, restrictions and stipulation, as provided for in this agreement, thus establishing contractual relations between the customer and InterXbet.
• InterXbet reserves the right to email its customers about special promotions or upcoming sporting events.
• Updated rules, as contemplated in this site herein, shall replace any prior rule published by any means, including in writing, by electronic means and the likes.
• Appeals pertaining certain betting results or any other issue shall be sent by electronic mail to support@InterXbet.com within 2 days (48 hours) from the completion of the bet in question. After this period InterXbet shall not respond to the said messages.
• No modifications shall be made in a bet (result or amount) after being confirmed.
• InterXbet may close (without prior notice) an account, inactive for more than half a year. In this case, the balance in the said account shall be transferred to InterXbet.
• All claims referring to questionable slip results must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the final slip result notification. Claims must be submitted by email and contain the specific slip number.

Opening an Account

• A prerequisite for participation is the full and accurate completion of a designated form, to be found on the site, as well as the payment of a minimum amount (the amount shall from time to time be set exclusively by the site manager), for the purpose of credit acquisition.
• InterXbet shall assume no responsibility should the enrollment form be completed incorrectly and inaccurately.
• The minimum age for gambling through InterXbet is 18 years.

• The customer hereby acknowledges that he/she is eligible for having one active account only. In any case that a customer has more than one active account, the original account opened will be considered as the player’s active account. Any winnings received from additional accounts will be void.
• An account is considered active as soon as any bets have been made with that account.

Deposits

• The games, deposits, and withdrawals are calculated in US dollars.
• Minimum Deposit is $25.
• All deposits and withdrawals are carried out in whole number of US dollars.

• Your credit card will be billed immediately after making a deposit.
• After purchase the funds credited to the account signify a successful deposit. At the point the funds are credited the player may wager immediately.
• Fees associated with Western Union or Wire Transfer deposits must be paid by the player.

Withdrawals

• All fees will be automatically deducted from the withdrawal amount.

• Withdrawal limits:

Gambling

• InterXbet may set minimum and maximum gambling amount for each game separately, or generally.

• The customer's balance shall be updated after each bet, respectively.

Final Date (deadline)

• Bets shall be received before the onset of the given sport event. InterXbet may amend this paragraph without any prior notice, to apply to all bets or to any particular bet. In any case, no bets shall be accepted after the given sport event has started.
• The player shall be responsible for sending the bet on time. Has a bet been received after the deadline - InterXbet may refuse the bet, cancel it or approve it, upon transfer or in post factum, and by its exclusive discretion.
• The winning ratio, by which the bet has been purchased by the customer, is the price to be received by the said customer. Notwithstanding the above, changes might occur in the chances of a certain game, during the days preceding it. Therefore, a customer may purchase a certain bet by different wining ratios on different dates. In any case, the chance determined for the wining calculation, is the chance given by InterXbet upon receiving the bet.
• The customer making the payment for a certain bet, shall constitute his/her agreement with the betting terms, and assuming exclusive responsibility for making sure that the actual bet is the one chosen by him/her.

Results Definitions

• In checking the various winnings, only results confirmed by the relevant parties shall be calculated. In case of game cancellation or postponement, by a period exceeding the same calendar day, the chances in the said game shall be converted to 1:00. In all other cases the bet shall remain in force. In case of game interruption, the bet shall remain in force, if the game has been renewed until the end of the same calendar day.
• Appeals pertaining results after the end of the game and changes post factum will not be taken into account.
• Any sport event should start on time. Any unreasonable changes in the event time table shall be deemed as game cancellation.
• A bet may not be cancelled or modified after being confirmed by the player.
• Should a concern arise for a malfunction or errors in bets or games or a customer acting not in good faith, InterXbet may suspend activity, including crediting the customers' accounts, until completing the inspection. All bets for a certain events might be canceled, and in this case the customer shall be refunded for the betting amount.
• System clock is based on GMT.
• In determining the correct results for any event please refer to our Game Rules section.
• InterXbet shall make the correct result public, after receiving it from the qualified party.
• InterXbet shall suspend money transfer in case of no result, erroneous result, in case of an appeal against the result, or in any case of an equivocal result.
• Has no final result been made public within 24 hours, all chances in the relevant game shall be converted to 1.00.

Unacceptable Bets

• InterXbet shall not allow combination betting for games or for inter - dependent results. InterXbet may at any time refuse a bet or betting combination either upon reception or in post factum.
• InterXbet shall refuse bets should it have reasonable grounds to suspect that the games are sold, or whenever InterXbet shall suspect that the players, organizers or gamblers act in mala fide.
• InterXbet retains the right to refuse/cancel any bet, either upon reception or in post factum, including erroneous bets or bets suspected for with inappropriate conduct. In this case, the participants shall not be reimbursed.

Winnings and Transfers

• When calculating the profits, the betting amount is multiplied by the chances.
• The maximum winning amount per slip is $ 5,000. InterXbet reserves the right to change this amount without any prior notice.
• The maximum amount for a single bet is $ 500, or the customer's account balance, the lower of two. Double betting on the same event is allowed but it is possible the second bet would be at different odds.
• All winnings shall be transferred to the customer's account with InterXbet.

Miscellaneous Restrictions

• InterXbet may always enter changes both in the site and in the games and their rules. InterXbet may also block access to the site or any part whereof, to all surfers or some of them.
• InterXbet shall not assume any responsibility for results or contents or third parties' undertakings where third parties are not authorized to act for or in the name of InterXbet.
• The customer shall assume the entire responsibility for direct or indirect losses. InterXbet shall by no means assume any responsibility for its customers' losses.

• InterXbet shall not assume responsibility for mistakes and printing errors on the site.
